  • Govt. service tax of 5% is applicable on total billing (GST will be applicable as per Govt regulation).
  • Anything not mentioned in the Cost Highlights/ inclusions column.
  • Any meal not mentioned in above inclusions.
  • Any Camera Charges which are applicable at any sightseeing place.
  • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, porter age.
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any sightseeing not mentioned in itinerary.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges 2.5% on the total billing.
  • Peak season supplement charges if any applicable.

Tour Info

  • Estive will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement
  • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
  • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
  • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
  • The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of an airline the in / out points may change. Service however, will remain unchanged.
  • Indian dinners and local meals are pre -set and a-la carte is not possible.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, break - down or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aero plane, bus, Ship or any other services.
  • The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some Cities coaches are restricted.
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour. For the convenience.
  • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
  • Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
  • Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
  • Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 1400hr-1500hrs - and Check-Out time is 1000hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
  • For Hotel change/cancellation fee, vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates.For exact cancellation/change fee, please call us.
  • Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
  • Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
  • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
  • Estive will make sure that your holiday tour will be memorable with this complete tour & travel package. All the places to visit in is mentioned here.
  • PAYMENT TERMS
  • Estive shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. Payments can be made through the following modes:
  • Cheque / Demand Draft – To be drawn in favor of “Estive Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.” payable at Bangalore.
  • NEFT/RTGS – The Bank details are listed below for Bank transfers • Credit Card – There will be additional 2.5% tax on total billing amount.
  • CASH.
  • All payments towards the tour cost must be made by the client to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame given by our sales team
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
