- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a third person in a triple room, most of the hotels use roll-away beds and the room size may be the same as the double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes, as and when received, will be applicable with immediate effect.

- The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure, or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to airline demand, the in/out points may change. Service, however, will remain unchanged.
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set and a-la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, break-down, or irregularity, which may occur during the tour due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine, or any other cause. All such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship, or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, as coaches are restricted in some cities.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc., are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary or cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services (i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc.) not utilized during the tour.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fees, please call us.
- Partly utilized tickets and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat guarantee is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic tickets are completely non-refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the hotel is 1400hrs-1500hrs, and Check-Out time is 1000hrs-1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel may charge you extra for it.

- Children aged 12 years or above are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of request receipt.
- The coach used for transfers and sightseeing will be provided only as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
