DAY 1
Meals
  • Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport where the vehicle will be waiting at the arrivals and the office personnel/driver will be there with a placard ready. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal.
  • Kathmandu is the center of Nepal & history, art, culture, and economy.
  • It has a multiethnic population within a Hindu and Buddhist majority.
  • Drive to the hotel. Check-in and have the rest of the evening for leisure.
  • One can go for local shopping, casinos, local Nepali folk dance, etc.
DAY 2
Meals
  • Half day sightseeing to Pashupatinath & Boudhanath.
  • After breakfast, you will leave for sightseeing.
  • You will be taken to Pashupatinath Temple first.
  • Pashupatinath Temple is one of the oldest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and is listed as one of the World Heritage Sites.
  • Boudhanath is the heart of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. On each side of the rectangular top of this stupa, there is a pair of eyes. These eyes reflect the awareness of Lord Buddha upon all of the people.
  • After completing the sightseeing, drive back to the hotel.
  • Rest of the afternoon will be free for leisure whereby the clients can opt for an excursion trip to Chandragiri Hills where you are taken by a cable car.
DAY 3
Meals
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depending on your flight departure time, you will be driven to the international airport for your connecting flight for onward journey.
  • The reporting time at the airport will be 3 hours prior to the departure time.
  • Return home with beautiful memories.

TERMS AND CONDITONS
  • Estive will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
  • Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a third person in a triple room, most of the hotels use roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
  • Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
  • Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
  • The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure, or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline, the in/out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
  • In group packages, arrival and departure sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group size of 20 passengers and below traveling together will have a driver cum guide. Group size of 20 passengers and above traveling together will have a separate driver and separate guide.
  • Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any.
  • Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine, or any other cause. All such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
  • The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship, or any other services.
  • The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some cities, coaches are restricted.
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary or cancel the visit.
  • There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour.
  • The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fees, please call us.
  • Partly utilized ticket and no-show tickets cannot be cancelled.
  • Flight seat guarantee: Subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Domestic ticket is completely non-refundable.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is 1200 hrs, and check-out time is between 1100-1200 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel may charge extra for it.
  • Hotel change/cancellation fees vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fees, please call us.
  • Children aged 12 years or above are fully charged by the hotel.
  • Refunds shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of request receipt.
  • Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
