Tour Itinerary
KASHMIR TOUR PACKAGE - DAY 1 SRINAGAR
Meals
- Arrival at Bangalore airport, then proceed to check in. complete check in formalities and board your flight. Depart from Bangalore.
- Arrival at Srinagar airport, meet and greet by our driver.
- Transfer to the hotel.
- Take all the information to check the panels of reception area for your upcoming services.
- Arrival and check in to the houseboat.
- Later we will visit Mughal Garden, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, Chashmeshahi Garden and Shankaracharya Temple, all the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with Zabarwan Mountains in the background.
- Then, visit carpet-weaving factory.
- Evening free time for leisure.
- Arrive back to houseboat for the dinner and overnight stay.
KASHMIR TOUR PACKAGE - DAY 2 SRINAGAR
Meals
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- We will depart for full day excursion to Sonamarg “The meadow of gold”. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and Mahaseer.
- Arrive Sonmarg, the Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas Glacier, which is a major local attraction during the summer.
- Later drive back to Srinagar, you will have some time for leisure.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
KASHMIR TOUR PACKAGE - DAY 3 SRINAGAR - GULMARG
Meals
- After breakfast, check out and proceed to Gulmarg.
- Then, you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive to Gulmarg.
- We will arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in to the hotel.
- Later, we have a short tour, boarding to the Gondola cable car system. After some time, we ride some horses before returning to Gulmarg.
- Back to the hotel, evening free time for leisure.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
KASHMIR TOUR PACKAGE - DAY 4 GULMARG - PAHALGAM
Meals
- After breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam “Village of shepherds”. It is also famous for Indian film industry, and famous for some trekking routes and base camp for Amarnath pilgrimage.
- Then visit the world-famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipura ruins (9th century) and Mattan temple (sun temple).
- Arrive at Pahalgam and check in to the hotel.
- Rest of the day is for leisure, enjoy the natural beauty, river and environs therein.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
KASHMIR TOUR PACKAGE - DAY 5 PAHALGAM
Meals
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Then, you can hire local taxi to take several optional excursions in and around Pahalgam valley, Chandanwari and Betaab valley.
- Drive back to the hotel, evening is for leisure.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

- Breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Srinagar.
- Arrive at Srinagar and check in to the houseboat.

- Evening, we will enjoy 1 hour Shikara Ride on Dal Lake.
- Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

- Check out and transfer to the airport to board the flight, back home with beautiful memories.

- All transfers and sightseeing by AC Vehicle including all Toll, taxes (if any), fuel charges.
- Parking charges & driver allowances.

- 1 Hour Shikara Ride in Dal Lake in Srinagar.
- All currently applicable hotel taxes.
- Anything not mentioned in the Cost Highlights column.
- Any airfare / train fare.
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, porterage.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Monument entry fees / camera charges / cable car / gondola ride etc.
- Any insurance, medical expenses etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Estive will be not liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a Third person in a Triple room, most of the hotels used roll-away beds and room size may be the same as the Double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, a date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to the demand of an airline, the in/out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
- In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure Sectors may change due to the availability of flights. Group Size of 20 Passengers and below travelling together Driver cum Guide will be provided. Group Size of 20 Passengers and above travelling together Separate driver and Separate guide will be provided.
- Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints if any.
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some city’s coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fee, please do call us.
- Partly utilized ticket and No-Show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat Guarantee: - Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely Non-Refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the Hotel is 1200hrs - and Check-Out time is 1100hrs - 1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

- Children aged 12 years or above years are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 Working Days, from the date request receipt.
- Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
