- Estive will not be liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a third person in a triple room, most of the hotels use roll-away beds, and room size may be the same as the double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any itinerary, departure, or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand from airlines, the in/out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
- In group packages, arrival and departure sectors may change due to availability of flights. Group size of 20 passengers and below travelling together will have a driver-cum-guide. Group size of 20 passengers and above will have a separate driver and guide.
- Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints, if any.
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and à la carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever. All such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aeroplane, bus, ship, or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because in some cities coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc., are closed, the tour manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary/cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fees, please call us.
- Partly utilized tickets and no-show tickets cannot be cancelled.
- Flight seat guarantee: Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic tickets are completely non-refundable.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is 1600hrs, and check-out time is 1000hrs–1200hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel might charge you extra for it.

- Children aged 12 years or above are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the request.
- Coaches used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal.
- Please note that the rooms in Europe are standard rooms and are very small.
